Add Note Sidebar Expansion Now Renders Correctly

We fixed an issue where opening the Add Note sidebar caused the Note Template section to render incorrectly, pushing the Comments view into a narrow sliver of the screen and making it difficult to read existing notes or add new ones. Now, the Note Template section and Comments view display side-by-side in their proper proportions, restoring the full, usable interface.
